The Madness Begins

Finally a new season of basketball is here after a very long time without it. Last year there wasn’t even a March Madness Tournament because of COVID-19. The first major double head was December 1st when eighth ranked Michigan State played sixth ranked Duke. Then seventh ranked Kansas played 20th ranked Duke. The madness had begun before March when Michigan State upset Duke 75-69 against all odds. They were led by a strong outing by forward Aaron Henry who scored 14 points, had 5 rebounds, 5 assists and forced 6 turnovers. Then Kansas pulled out a narrow victory against Kentucky winning 65-62. They were boosted by a strong performance from forward Jalen Wilson who had a double double scoring 23 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. The madness continues December 2nd with 21st ranked Oregon taking on unranked Mizzou and a big matchup between 2nd ranked Baylor plays 5th ranked Illinois.
