Panther Playoffs

As the football season starts to come to a close, the possibility of being a district champion becomes more of a reality for Park Hill South. This 2020 season has already been one for the books with several new accomplishments for our panthers. Finishing regular season 7-2, they play their first game of the playoffs against St. Joe Central this Friday at home.

Senior, Braden Bartosh, says “I feel very solid going into districts. I feel like our team knows our end goal and I can’t wait to see where this season takes us”. Being able to say you have confidence in yourself and your team is one of the best feelings as an athlete.

“My best advice for underclassmen going into playoffs is to play for the team and not yourself. You never know when your last game will be.” stated Senior, Andrew Horton. Having those leaders you can look up to and guide everyone under pressure is key for any sport.

No matter the outcome of districts, this year has been an accomplishment in itself for the boys in purple. We are all rooting for you!
