This was a movie that shook me from the start. My jaw was on the floor within the first 5 minutes. Not only was it surprising, but it was incredibly entertaining. I was hooked. With 20 scenes, I was more than happy to watch each one with sublime attention. Always another interesting twist around the corner. And the music! The music was brilliant!
The plot includes a cast of performers that sing throughout the movie. The main character imagines everyone as singers and performers who perform based on their real personality. There’s a murder committed and the movie walks through the purpose of convicting the murderer. The costumes, choreography, and acts are all splendid and attention drawing.
I enjoyed getting to see this movie from such an interesting point of view. Seeing the music and performances being made in the characters head while they happened was so interesting. I loved watching this movie, so I give it a 4/5.
