Running For State

The Boys 2019 Cross Country team at South has been astonishing so far this year. With Quentin Worley taking third place in the Varsity gold division, these boys have clearly been running their hearts out every single day in practice.

The South boy’s cross country team did amazing at their last race. In the 5000 meter race, Worley placed third, Ethan Mick places eighth and Max Goertzen placed sixteenth.

“With the training we do every day and all the hot summer runs we did, I really feel we have a shot at the state title this year,” Worley said.
