Top Mac Miller Albums of All Time
- The Divine Feminine
The Divine Feminine is Mac Millers greatest album ever made. He broke down his own barrier writing these songs. The whole album is about falling in love with the right person. That person was Ariana Grande for Mac. He wrote pure love songs that we do not see in rap often. I have also never heard of a rapper adding jazz into their own art. It creates a whole new experience for listeners. The song I most recommend on the album is “Stay”
2. GO:OD AM
GO:OD AM is a masterpiece created in 2015. It was only Macs 7th studio album. It gives listeners the vibe of late night talks. You feel like the songs are talking to you directly in a deep manner. It is a positive album filled with happy thoughts and overcoming struggles. My favorite song on the album is “Weekend”
3. Swimming
Swimming has a big place in my heart, being Macs last album before he passed away. He passed away only a month after the release. Therefore, this album is very important to his fans. Its the last story fans were able to hear about his life. Most people see this as a breakup album after Grande, but it is much more than that. Miller talks about the things he is proud of himself for. The best song on the album is “2009” or “Dunno”
4. Best Day Ever
Millers, Best Day Ever was his second ever album. He created this album as a kid freshly out of high school. He wrote these songs alongside his friends and classmates. The lyrics seem much more mature than what you would think a teenager would write. My song recommendation for Best Day Ever is the song “Best Day Ever”
5. Circles
My 5th favorite Mac Miller album is Circles. It is the album that was released after Millers tragic death. It was one last piece his fans were able to take in. We got to listen to the uncut version and songs he may of never released. His trusted friends and family helped put the whole production together and make it just how Mac would of wanted. My top song on the album is “Surf”
